The City of Chula Vista conducted a community survey to support the development of a Strategic Plan to Address Homelessness. Community members were invited to participate by sharing their experiences, perspectives, and ideas to help us better understand how homelessness affects Chula Vista.

The survey requested approximately five minutes of participants’ time and gathered feedback on experiences with homelessness, perceptions of the issue, and thoughts on potential solutions. The survey closed on November 13, 2025

Your input will help guide meaningful and effective strategies as the City works to address homelessness in our community.
